Project Description
Context: What challenge or issue does the project aim to address?
In 2020, the Vancouver Farmers Market had planned to go single-use plastic-free. The COVID-19 pandemic altered these plans. Currently, the markets are investigating plastic reusables.
Main Project Activities and Deliverables
- Literature review of LFS350 projects on going single-use plastic free from Spring 2020.
- Literature review of Canada's and Vancouver's single-use plastic policies
- Product reviews of potential alternatives to single-use plastic

- Communication skills to gather feedback on existing plastics in use and proposed changes
